Membership Terms & Policies
Complimentary Maintenance Baths
- Your membership includes 1 complimentary maintenance bath per month.
- Must be used within 30 days of each billing date
- Does not roll over if unused
- Applies to bath-only visits and does not include haircuts, de-matting, flea baths or skunk baths.
Discounted Full Grooms
Membership discounts on full grooms apply only when your dog is on a 4–8 week recurring schedule.
- If you skip or extend a cycle beyond 8 weeks, the discount is paused for that month
- Regular pricing applies until you’re back on schedule
-Added fees and add-on services will still be charged if applicable.
Membership Commitment
All memberships require an initial 3‑month commitment.
- After the first 3 months, your plan continues month‑to‑month
- You can cancel any time after the initial term with notice before your next billing date
